Jörg Honegger is a partner at the Basel law firm Honegger & Meyer Partner and has worked as a litigation and advisory lawyer since 1992. As secretary and member of various boards of trustees, he has extensive experience in foundation law. His other areas of expertise include civil procedure—also at international level—family law, employment law and directors’ and officers’ liability under company law.
