Music that creates closeness
At a time of distancing, 1:1 CONCERTS© created a protected space for immediate musical encounters.
Cultural life had almost come to a complete standstill and was being confined to digital screens. The need for genuine personal contact and directly shared musical experiences was greater than ever, while the restrictions were set to remain with us for some time. 1:1 CONCERTS© offered a real concert experience that could take place while observing all applicable coronavirus safety measures.
A silent, one-to-one encounter lasting around ten minutes takes place between one listener and one musician. It is an unusual yet intense experience for both—one that makes closeness possible despite distance.
